SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our Warehouse dispatch times are running as normal. However, shipping times may take longer than usual due to the increase demands on service. This is unfortunately out of our control. We have changed all shipping to tracked shipping so we can follow the status of all orders. 

UK SHIPPING (ROYAL MAIL)

FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR - usually you will receive your order in 1 working day, but please allow for 2 working days. Signature is required. 

SECOND CLASS SECOND FOR - Usually 2-3 working days. Signature is required. 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Next working day when ordered before 12 noon. This will be TRACKED AND SIGNED.

Just a little note: If you order on a Friday after 12 noon your order will be dispatched on Monday 

 

RETURNS 

If you would like to return an item, you must first email us at prettysins2018@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason why you would like to return your item. 

This request must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must provide the following to make the return application 

• Your order number 
• your delivery address
• or email used 

We offer a full refund on all products that are unused, unopened items within 14 days. This return can only be accepted if the item is still in the plastic sealed wrap it was delivered in.

FAULTY ITEMS

This is very rare but items can always get damaged in the post!! So if you do receive a damaged item in the post please email prettysins2018@hotmail.com with a picture of you broken item and we will be happy to replace or refund you. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Unfortunately, if you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible as we are not at fault.

Please Triple Check your delivery address before you place your order. if it is incorrect the please email us at prettysins2018@hotmail.com ASAP, we may be able4 to change the order details. However if the order is dispatched we may not be able to do anything until it is returned back to us.
